Das kulinarische Erbe der Schweiz is a comprehensive publication dedicated to Switzerland’s culinary heritage — to ingredients, traditional products, and the ways they have been made and used for generations. The book covers ten areas, from spices, meat and fish to milk, cheeses, pastries and other traditional products. Alongside factual content, it also offers small insights and stories.
The book was printed at our printing house, Graspo, and it was clear early on that every detail mattered. At 1.6 kilograms, the book feels solid and well crafted right from the moment it is opened.
The expert jury of the International Creative Media Award (ICMA) awarded the book Gold in the Cookbooks category.
ICMA is an international competition focused on books, publishing and graphic design. The awards are decided by an expert jury of professionals from the fields of publishing and visual communication, who evaluate not only visual appearance but also overall production quality.
